These terms govern your deployment and operation of a Dodiscuss workspace. By provisioning a tenant on our infrastructure, you agree to the following operational parameters.

Workspace Administration

As a workspace owner, you are responsible for:

• Managing the conduct and content of the users you invite to your community.
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your administrative credentials and API keys.
• Ensuring your community’s custom domain configurations (DNS/CNAME) remain properly pointed to our edge network.

Acceptable Use & Infrastructure Limits

To ensure high availability for all tenants across the cluster, you agree to:

• Comply with the active user limits dictated by your current subscription tier (e.g., Tiny, Solo, Pro).
• Refrain from deploying automated scrapers, bots, or scripts designed to bypass our API rate limits.
• Not use the platform to host malicious code, illegal material, or spam networks.

Service Availability

While our Rust and Edge architecture is designed for 99.99% uptime, we reserve the right to throttle or temporarily suspend workspaces that severely exceed standard load capacities without an Enterprise deployment agreement.
